Milano…Milano… I can’t get enough of this city! It’s “Milan” for all the English speakers (and probably the rest of the world)… but it’s “Milano” for all my beloved Italians. Beside being a major city in North Italy, the famous reputation of Milan is a fashion city. Many Italian major brands have their headquarters here. What attracts them so much? I don’t know… but it works and it’s still going strong. Recently there was an “Open” event, called “Vogue Fashion Night Out”, which was organized by Vogue (Italia) Magazine … the purpose is to get people to come and shop… Yes, you heard me right, “come and shop”. Regardless to a whirlwind of economy, we were invited to check out major designer stores, see newest collections, get samples of perfume,…no one is giving out new products though! All were great… I had nothing to complain about. There was an opportunity to see, touch and smell. But you got to pay your own price if you wanted to possess. Here are event details;
